Meet Pati
Pati Jones has spent more than 23 years running operations, finance, and the people side of growing organizations, including venture companies at Idealab. Owners bring her in when the business has outgrown ad hoc processes but isn’t ready for a full-time HR or operations executive.
She started out managing and administering family businesses, then moved into event planning for private institutions, organizing fundraisers, community gatherings, and galas. She later joined a leading marketing and innovation firm, where she coordinated corporate and client events, workshops, and large-scale programs while overseeing corporate logistics, executive operations, and finances.
Today she serves as a fractional HR and operations lead for small and mid-sized businesses, with event planning and bookkeeping available when clients need them. She lives in the Hudson Valley with her family and works with clients across the region and in New York City.
